Return for Exchange/CreditIf you are not completely satisfied with your Aoyama Itchome product our return policy is as follows: All merchandise purchased at aoyamaitchome.com may be returned within 7 days upon receipt for an exchange or credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees). The credit is only usable online and not in any stores. Aoyama Itchome credit is valid for six months from date of issue. Once your credit has expired it becomes invalid.All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise.We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.Sale ItemsAll sale items are FINAL SALE. No credit or exchange will be accepted.Instructions for making a return:To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number.Please note returns will not be accepted without an RA number.To receive your RA number please contact us at Shop_aoyamaitchome.com, please include a brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging your purchase, and what you would like to exchange it for.Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
